A career built on achievement. A future in the United States. Thoughtful, evidence-driven counsel for extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions.

A future built on your work

You have invested years in developing your abilities, contributing to your field, or building an idea with potential beyond a single job. Whether your goal is to continue your work in the United States or pursue permanent residence with greater independence, the right immigration strategy starts with understanding your career, your plans, and the evidence behind them.

EB-1A: Extraordinary Ability

Often called the “Einstein visa,” EB-1A is an employment-based immigrant classification for individuals who can demonstrate extraordinary ability and sustained national or international acclaim in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. For those who qualify, it may offer a path toward permanent residence without a job offer or employer sponsorship; individuals may petition for themselves.

Showing the impact of your achievements

A compelling EB-1A petition connects a client’s accomplishments to the applicable legal standards and explains their significance in the field. Depending on the individual’s background, relevant evidence may include awards, media coverage, published work, judging the work of others, original contributions, leading or critical roles, and other qualifying documentation. Eligibility is assessed on the whole record; a list of credentials alone does not establish the required level of acclaim.

EB-2 National Interest Waiver

The EB-2 national interest waiver can be a potential path for qualifying professionals with advanced degrees or individuals of exceptional ability whose proposed work in the United States warrants a waiver in the national interest. A qualifying person may self-petition and request a waiver of the usual job-offer and labor-certification requirements.

Your proposed endeavor matters

An NIW petition requires more than showing that your occupation is valuable. The case focuses on the specific work you propose to undertake: its substantial merit and national importance, why you are well positioned to advance it, and why, on balance, waiving the job-offer and labor-certification requirements would benefit the United States. Each element calls for a well-supported explanation tailored to your circumstances.

Building the evidence together

Your record may include professional achievements, publications, project results, business or research plans, independent expert letters, and other evidence relevant to your proposed endeavor. Andrew works with you to identify useful documentation, organize the record, address gaps where possible, and develop a clear written case connecting your experience to your future work.

From assessment to filing

The process begins with a conversation about your background and goals, followed by an assessment of the potential classification, the evidence available, and the scope of representation. Andrew helps prepare the petition and supporting legal presentation and can address requests for additional evidence within the agreed engagement.

Your career. Your next chapter.

These petitions are personal as well as technical. You deserve direct communication, a clear understanding of the process, and close attention to the details that make your work distinctive. Eligibility, timing, and results depend on the facts, visa availability, and government review.
